Can i use samsung sch-u640 on page plus?

I bought the samsung sch-u640 esn numbers and phone worked on pageplus until I got home then says cdma not available? My other phone worked at my house, pageplus doesn't no why it isnt working, when i leave to city it works otherwise its says seraching svc on the phone, is something broke on the phone or does it need reprogramming to get service at my house? Page plus said because it isnt one of their phones they can't help me with it.
