Republicans please explain this?

My health care provider is Kaiser who has lost 20% of their customers this year due to unemployment and after which they raised rates 30%. This quarter their profits are way up. No true business will make more money while losing customers. So how is this fair to us customers. Is it profits anyway they can. Please do not say you can switch coverage because its a group plan. This is why every union strike is 90% about no cuts in benefits. The cost of insurance is now more than my house payment. I am in good health and not over 50.
