Drooping ears?

My rabbits ears are starting to droop at the ends. I'm worried it maybe due to her being unwell. I have had these two baby rabbits for 4 weeks now and I have ont seen this perticular one drink alot. She also seems to be shaking when she's stopped still. Its not her breathing but more like her heart beating very fast
