Earwax buildup in innar ear is causing hearing "loss". Can you help?

There's a buildup of earwax in my left ear to the point where I'm losing my hearing. I know I'm not going def, it's just that the earwax is blocking sound from coming in so that I can't hear as well. Should I see a doctor?
