My dog has watery, teary right eye?

I'm afraid this calls for another visit to the vet. Keep up the warm water treatment, and at least he will know you care. If you explain you have taken in a stray, and try to look really pitiful, maybe the vet will go easy on the bill. You probably need an antibiotic, but I'm not a vet. ;) I think you are a wonderful person to care for the poor little homeless, neglected guy. Kudos. Post back what happens with a comment! (Maybe you need a different vet? Was the first one very effective?)
