Help with creepy new "friend"?

Definitely don't hang out w/ him by yourself, he obviously wants something more than to be friends. Try to gravitate towards your other teammates if you have to sit by anyone on the bus. Treat him nicely if he talks to you, but treat him with distance or unemotionally - as if you were talking to your brother or someone's dad - just don't give him any reason to think that he has a chance. If he keeps bugging you or becomes creepy again, just say "Look, you're nice and all but I'm just not interested in you that way - sorry. Can we just be friends?" You're smart not to try to be deliberately mean to him - you never know what kind of person he is, some guys get really nasty and spread rumors around if a girl doesn't give him what he wants. So keep being nice but act dumb - like you're just too innocent to understand what he wants - maybe he'll just move on to someone who he thinks is more mature and will give him a chance. Good luck.
