I just had an Arthroscopy...help?

I just had an Arthroscopy on my menescus, and im only young, this is my 2nd operation after my acl repair. Im worried I might have re torn the cartilage but how would i know? its only been a week since the op. secondly how long will i be out before i can start playing football again? my hopsital has been terrible in handling my rehab
